Horse & yoga integration is the strongest form of balance and re-connection that you could possibly experience. The breath series not only calms your clients but also calms the horse. This release of nerves allows the postures to be much more enjoyable for both horse and human. While performing the postures bareback on the horse the entire body is being activated. If the mind begins to wander then you lose focus and could potentially risk falling off. This experience truly makes you more present in your body and mind, while connecting with a majestic animal.
