Come join us for some rest and rejuvenation. The evening will begin with restorative aerial yoga. During yoga Mandy will play the singing bowls working her way through the chakra system, followed by a 25 minute yoga nidra for ultimate relaxation. To finish off your experience we will enjoy a mimosa social hour. We look forward to sharing this experience with you! We will have non-alcoholic options.
